Description

These are two early 19th-century buildings, Nos. 75 and 77 Marlowes. They are constructed of colour-washed brick and have a low-pitched hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, featuring an eaves cornice. The buildings are two storeys high. The first floor has two sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has two canted bay windows, each with a cornice. They are listed for their group value, being part of a group of buildings running from Nos. 75 to 85 (odd numbers) along Marlowes.
