Description
67 Marlowes is an early 19th-century building constructed of colour-washed brick, topped with a Welsh slated roof that features a bracketed cornice. The building stands two storeys high and has a plinth. It includes two sash windows with glazing bars, and on the ground floor, there is a later canted bay window on the right. This property is included for its group value with the nearby buildings. Nos 45, 53 to 59 (odd) and Nos 63 to 67 (odd) form a cohesive group.
