Description
Little Marlowes House is a late 18th-century building constructed of colour-washed brick with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate. The house has two storeys and features two sash windows with glazing bars on the front, along with louvred shutters on the first floor. The right side elevation is made of red brick and includes a half-glazed door topped by an oblong traceried fanlight, set in a flush panelled reveal with ribbed pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice hood. The ground floor has a modern bow window designed in a Georgian style. Little Marlowes House is part of a group that includes Nos 45, 53 to 59 (odd) and Nos 63 to 67 (odd).
