Description

Nos 40 and 41 on High Street are early 19th century buildings constructed of colour washed brick with a Welsh slated roof featuring a cornice. They stand three storeys tall and have two sash windows with glazing bars, which are set under stucco faced rusticated lintels. The ground floor has two modern shop fronts that do not have cornices. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive architectural group with No 30 and Nos 40 to 42 in succession.
