Cowlands Farm Outbuilding, located 40 metres north of the house in front of the barn, is an 18th-century structure that was likely a former stable and is now used as a pig sty. The building is timber framed and weatherboarded, featuring a red plain tiled side purlin roof. It has hanging knees to the tie beams and bracing that extends to the walls.
