Description

"Pagents" is a cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century, with later additions and alterations, including a 20th-century single-storey flat-roofed porch extension. The cottage is timber framed and plastered, featuring a thatched roof with two flat-headed dormers. It is one storey high with attics and has four small-paned casement windows. The extension includes a 20th-century glazed door. There is one external chimney stack on the left and a red brick chimney stack on the right.
