Description

Old Leas is a cottage dating from the 17th century or earlier, with subsequent alterations. It is timber-framed and the exterior is plastered, topped with a half-hipped thatched roof featuring two flat-headed dormers. The cottage is a single storey with an attic. It has a three-window facade with a range of small-paned casement windows and horizontal sliding sash windows. A plain boarded door is protected by a small pentice. One external chimney stack and a central red brick chimney stack are present.
