This is a 19th-century cast iron pump located approximately 10 meters west-southwest of Marsh Farmhouse in Great Canfield. The pump features a fluted cap without a finial and has a handle that ends in a knop. The maker's name, C. Ingold, B. Stortford, is displayed within a rectangular border.
