Description

No. 30A 'Streets' is a shop located on the west side of High Street in Great Dunmow, dating from the early 19th century. The building is timber framed and plastered, featuring a painted brick facade. It stands two storeys tall with a pargetted front. The centre of the building projects slightly and contains a square double hung sash window, which is topped by a flat arched head. This window has an unusual arrangement of glazing bars, consisting of two narrow panes between three wide panes above. The shopfront has been updated in the 20th century.
