Description

The byre at Bridgehouse Farmhouse, located 30 meters northwest of the house, was built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and features a combination of plaster and weatherboard cladding. The building has a distinctive thatched roof that is deliberately racked, and it was added to a medieval roof and wall structure.
