Description
The byre located to the south-west of Crag House is a small dry byre with a loft, likely built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed tooled sandstone and features a pantiled roof. The building is 1½ storeys high and consists of one bay. There is a boarded door on the east gable end, another door on the south wall, and a pitching door on the west gable. The structure has a stepped eaves cornice and a high-pitched swept roof, which is adorned with stone copings and kneelers.
