Description

This is a thatched cottage located 20 meters east of Forge Cottage, dating from the 17th century or earlier. The cottage is timber framed and weatherboarded, featuring a thatched roof with a flat dormer. To the left of the cottage, there is an outshot over a plain board door, and the roof is half-hipped to the right. It has three 19th-century casement windows and a central board door with a square light. There is one off-center red brick chimney stack and another external chimney stack.
