Description

Little Hobbyvines is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with some earlier elements and early 20th-century alterations and additions. The building features a combination of exposed timber framing and weatherboarding. It has a red plain tiled roof with two gabled dormers, a central gabled extension from the 20th century, and a gabled jetty on the right side. The windows vary, consisting of one bay with leaded casements. The central extension and bay have a red brick base, and there is a tiled and weatherboarded lean-to on the right. Inside, the cottage retains original doors, a fireplace, and stop-chamfered beams. There are three red brick chimney stacks.
