Description
Leez Priory Water Tower is a water tower built in the 19th or 20th century, located 5 meters northwest of Fisherman's Hut in Felsted. It is constructed of red brick featuring a decorative pattern and stands two stories tall with a gabled roof covered in plain red tiles. The design of the tower aims to harmonize with the main building, the nearby wall, and Fisherman's Hut, blending well into the surrounding area. Notable architectural features include angled, two-stage buttresses topped with plain red tiles, two-light windows made of moulded brick with Tudor arch heads, and a nailed and boarded door with a Tudor arch head set in a forward-set, chamfered panel.
