Description
The stable block, now a house, is located approximately 15 meters east of Barrington Hall and dates from around 1734. It is constructed of red brick with stone dressings and features a slate hipped roof. The building has two storeys, with a stone string band and stone rusticated quoins at the ground level. The east elevation showcases a seven-window range of double hung sash windows with small panes, along with two large, semi-circular arched doors that have stone rusticated quoins and arches. On the south elevation, there is a gauged and rubbed brick niche on the first floor.
