Description

The granary located to the northwest of Colville Hall is a 15th-century structure. It is timber framed and features original horizontal boarding on its external face. The roof is hipped and covered with red plain tiles, while the building stands on red brick footings. The granary consists of two bays with a central passage dividing them. Its roof includes cambered tie beams and arch braces, with spandrels, and has common collars without a collar purlin.
