Description

This barn, located approximately 30 metres south west of Humberlands, dates back to the 17th century but has features from the 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is covered in weatherboarding, topped with a pantiled roof. The barn has a gabled midstrey and consists of five bays. The frame includes some jowled storey posts, which now have hanging knees and a side purlin ridge board roof. Inside, there is a herringbone brick threshing floor. The barn is included in the listing for its group value.
