Description

No. 20 East Street is a 19th-century house located in Rochford. It is constructed of gault brick with stucco end pilasters and surrounds, topped with a pantile roof. The house has two storeys and features a three-window range of vertically sliding sashes. The first floor includes brackets under the cills, capitals on the pilasters, and plain lintels. The ground floor has moulded surrounds. The central entrance consists of a two-panel, two-light door flanked by pilasters and features moulded brackets supporting a moulded flat canopy.
