Description

Holly Tree Cottage is a cottage dating from the mid-17th century, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped by a red plain tiled roof that has an outshot at the rear. The cottage features external red brick chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. It has one storey and attics, with two catslide dormers and two small paned, two-light casement windows on the ground floor. There is a 20th-century glazed central gabled porch with a red tiled roof and a 20th-century door with a plain surround.
