Description

This is an 18th-century barn located approximately 20 meters west of Tyndales. It is timber framed and covered with weatherboarding, featuring a half hipped roof made of red plain tiles. There is a half hipped midstrey on the south side, with a red brick and red tiled outshot to the right. The barn has forward outshots on both the right and left of the midstrey and consists of 7 plus 1 bays. The roof structure includes side purlins and a ridge board, with hanging knees supporting the tie beams. This barn is part of a farm complex that includes another barn and a granary. It is currently in full use for storage.
