Description

The Star Hotel is an early 19th-century building that features a timber frame and weatherboarding. It stands two storeys high with attics and has a three-window range, showcasing double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. A later bar front projects from the building's facade, which includes seven windows, double pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. At the west end, there is an elliptical arched carriageway. A wing extends to the south at the rear of the hotel. The roof is tiled and includes three modern dormers.
