Description
Hove-To and Quay Cote is an 18th-century house with a stucco front that was renovated in the 20th century. It has two storeys and attics, featuring a four-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars and plain reveals. At the west end, there is a two-storey bow with 20th-century metal casements, while the east end has a three-light window on the first storey and a 20th-century bow designed in an 18th-century style with glazing bars on the ground storey. The house has paired doorways with moulded stucco architraves and a cornice that connects them, supported by console brackets. The roof is tiled and includes four gabled dormers, with the eaves also supported on four console brackets. Hove-To and Quay Cote is part of a group that includes the Quayside and Moorings, Ye Olde White Harte Hotel, Shore House, Roach House, Corner Cottage, and The Anchor Hotel.
