Description

14 to 20 Chapel Road is a range of early to mid-19th century houses that are timber-framed and weatherboarded. The buildings are two storeys high and feature a four-window range with double-hung sash windows, most of which have glazing bars. The doorways are topped with shallow hoods supported by shaped brackets. The roofs are covered with pantiles. This range is typical of the architectural style from this period. The houses from numbers 8 to 32 also form a group with these buildings.
