95 to 98 Bancroft is a 17th-century plaster house with two storeys and an overhanging upper floor. It features a steep tiled roof. The ground floor has four simple modern shop bay windows, while the upper floor has five small sash windows set in broad projecting frames with vertical glazing bars.
