Description

This cartlodge, located approximately 30 metres south of Noaks Cross Farmhouse, dates back to the 16th century and has undergone a later re-roofing. It is constructed from timber framing and is weatherboarded, topped with a red plain tiled roof. The building features a gable end facing the road and includes a loft door on the gable. It consists of three bays with halved wall bracing. The current roof structure is a side purlin Queen strut roof, supported by hanging knees to the tie beams.
