5216 TYE GREEN TL 40 NE 4/30 Mayes Cottage 7.11.77 II GV 2. C16 house of 2 bays and 2 storeys timber-framed and plastered with weatherboarded south end. Recent extensions to south and west, windows leaded wooden casements irregularly placed. Red brick chimney stack at centre of plan. Roof ridged and gabled peg-tiled, framing visible inside.
