This mid-19th century building, located to the rear and north-east of the HUDC Depot on Latton Common Road, is constructed of stock brick in Flemish bond and features a hipped, eaved roof covered with slate. A single chimney stack is positioned near one end of the ridge. The north-east wall includes open brickwork air-vents, along with two small-paned casements and a door situated between them.
