Description
This is a late 19th-century range of tenements located on the east side of Churchgate Street. The buildings are timber-framed and rendered, standing two storeys high. They feature black weatherboards beneath the ground-storey windows. The roof is ridged and gabled, covered with peg-tiled tiles, and has four plain red brick chimneys. There are ten casement windows on the first storey and nine on the ground storey, all of varying design. The front has three modern doors, with a rear access also provided.
