Description

The Old Forge is a house dating from the early 17th century, originally timber-framed and now plastered, with a red plain tile roof. It has two storeys and a three-bay and chimney-bay plan, with a three-window front. Windows are modern casements. An original red brick chimney stack remains. Inside, the timber frame is exposed, and the roof features lodged side purlins.
