Description
This is an 18th-century barn located to the north of Gardners Farmhouse. It features attached cartlodges on both the right and left sides. The structure is timber framed and covered with weatherboarding, topped with red plain tiles on the barn and the right building, while the left building has red pantiles. The barn includes a central gabled midstrey with pigeon holes at the apex. There are double doors leading to the midstrey and a small door to the left. To the left, there is an 18th-century small paned casement window, and to the right, a loft door. The left and right buildings each have two open bays with straight braces supporting the tie beams. The right building also has additional enclosed bays, featuring two pairs of double doors.
