Richmond's Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 16th century or earlier, constructed with a timber frame and later plastered, featuring red plain tile roofs. The house is one storey high with attics, and has a T-shaped plan. The front facade has two windows. It has 20th-century casement windows and one gabled dormer. A 17th-century feature gable is present at the south end. A later wing was added to the rear of the property. The original timber frame remains visible within the interior.
