TL 40 NE EPPING UPLAND RYE HILL 4/2 Rivett's Farmhouse 22.2.52 II

House. Late C16, incorporating remains of earlier structure, and with C19 extensions. Timber framed and plastered, and part red brick, with red plain tile roof, half hipped to east. 2 storeys. L-shaped plan, with gabled crosswing at north-west end. Original building has 2 window range C19 casements. C19 wing has various C19 casements and vertical sliding sashes. Late C16 red brick chimney stack. (RCHM 11).
