Description

This large barn, located to the northeast of Berwick Farm House, dates from the early 18th century and has undergone a later re-roofing. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded. The barn features a Queen post roof, a midstrey, and an added aisle, consisting of five bays. Architectural details include arch braces to the walls, staggered side girts, hanging knees to the tie beams, and through bracing to the walls.
