Description
A group of outbuildings dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, located to the west of Cesslands Farmhouse. The buildings are timber-framed and clad in weatherboarding, with roofs covered in red plain tiles and red pantiles. The group includes a central barn with a gabled midstrey (middle bay) and lean-to additions on its right and left sides. To the right and left of the barn, projecting forward, are two stable ranges. The stable range on the left has five bays, featuring five stable doors with through bracing and hanging knees to the tie beams. The stable range on the right has three stable doors and is constructed in a similar manner.
