This barn, located 10 meters east of Pinch Timber Farmhouse, dates from the early 18th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, featuring a red plain tile roof. The barn is five bays long and has a gabled midstrey on the southeast side, along with a lean-to extension at the north end. It is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
