This is an outbuilding located to the southeast of Masons Bridge Farmhouse, dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and covered with weatherboarding, topped with a red plain tiled roof. The building has been used as a cart lodge and is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
