Description

Picaroon Cottage, also known as No 1 Mariners Way, is a 17th-century building that has been altered in the 18th century and later. It stands two storeys high with attics and features double gabled bays. The front is faced with brick and has a band, along with a rendered central chimney stack. There are three windows on the front, which are Victorian double-hung sashes. External doors are located at each end of the front, with one door featuring a date panel above it that reads 1624.
