Description
This is an 18th-century building with probable earlier origins. It is a two-storey timber-framed and plastered structure with cellars, and has a tiled roof. The front has a three-window arrangement, the central window on the upper floor being semi-circular with square glazing bars. A good doorcase features an open wood pediment supported by brackets, with a six-panel door and a fanlight containing glazing bars. The building is part of a group that includes numbers 7 to 16 (consecutive) and Stockwell Congregational Church.
