Upper Dairy Farm House is a medieval building, dating from the 15th or 16th century. It has a long range that is aligned approximately north-south along the street. The house is timber-framed and plastered, featuring a ridged red gabled roof that is peg-tiled. It has a jettied section at the south-east end and consists of two storeys.
