Description

Walter's Cottage is an 18th-century brick house featuring a parapet and a moulded string course. The front is now whitewashed. The building has two storeys and a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, set in plain reveals with segmental arched heads. A central 20th-century glazed door is framed by a doorcase with slender plain Tuscan columns and an open pediment porch. The roof is double-pitched, hipped, and tiled.
