Description

Cock Farmhouse is a late 18th century or early 19th century timber-framed and weatherboarded house. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars. The central doorway is accentuated by a gabled porch, and the roof is tiled. Cock Farmhouse is part of a group that includes The Rodney Inn, North Hill, Fern Cottage, Hillside Cottage, The Return, and No 57, with North Hill, Fern Cottage, and Hillside Cottage being buildings of local interest.
