Description

Brook House is an 18th or early 19th century timber-framed and plastered house. It is two storeys high with a three-window front. The windows are casements, and there is a small bay window at the north-west end. The front door is made up of six panels. The roof is tiled and half-hipped. The plastered front of the house is panelled. Brook House forms a group with Moss Rose Cottage, Hillrise Cottage, Down House, and Swan Cottage, along with Porters Hall. Moss Rose Cottage, Hillrise Cottage, and Down House are buildings of local interest.
