Description
Boreham Manor North and Boreham Manor South is an 18th-century brick house that has been colourwashed. It features a parapet and a raised brick band at the parapet level. The building has undergone extensive 20th-century alterations and additions on the south and east sides. It stands two storeys high with attics and has a four-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars set in plain reveals. The ground floor includes two three-light windows on each side of a six-panel door, which is framed by a wood doorcase with pilasters, a semi-circular fanlight, and an open modillion pediment. A Palladian window is located on the south side. The west side has two gables, while the south side features three. The roof is tiled and has three segmental-headed dormer windows on the front. Boreham Manor North and Boreham Manor South, along with several nearby buildings, form a group of architectural significance.
