Description
The Old Vicarage is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered house with 20th-century alterations at the rear. It has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars and an open pediment. A Tuscan portico with plain columns enhances the entrance. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The Old Vicarage is part of a group that includes the Church of St Andrew, Boreham Lodge, Church Cottages (Nos 1 to 4), McMillans Cottages (Nos 1 and 2), Boreham Manor North, Boreham Manor South, Babylon, Ebenezer Cottage, Coppers, and the Old Rectory, with Church Cottages Nos 1 to 4 being buildings of local interest.
