Description

Pitt Place is an 18th-century brick house located on Church Street in Great Baddow. The exterior is colourwashed and features a panelled parapet and a dentilled cornice. The house has been altered internally and extended in the early 20th century. It stands two storeys tall with attics and has a five-window range of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, set in flush cased frames. A raised brick band runs between the storeys. The roof is tiled and includes two dormer windows. To the south, there is a wing that has a two-window range and an Ionic portico.
