Description

75 Springfield Road is an early 19th-century building featuring a stock brick front, with brick side and rear walls. The structure is parapetted and adorned with stone lions at both the east and west ends. It has three storeys and a range of three windows, complemented by a balconied portico supported by two fluted Ionic columns. The front door has a rounded head, and the central window is round-headed. All windows are sash hung, with mullions and margin sashes. The roof is ridged and gabled at both the east and west, with two parallel ridges. The rear wall is inscribed with "Mifs S Coates 1817."
