Description

5 Cedar Hill is an early 19th-century building featuring a two-storey design. The structure is primarily weatherboarded, with the exception of the painted brick east wing. It has hipped slate roofs and projecting eaves, with lion heads decorating the guttering. There is one window on each side of the wings, which are sash windows with glazing bars and moulded flush wood frames. The east wing includes three-light casement windows with glazing bars, which are camber-headed and have segmental brick arches above them. Additionally, there is a glazed roof verandah supported by cast iron columns on two sides.
