Description
The Old Red Lion is a long, low building dating from the mid-18th century. It is not currently licensed as a public house. The exterior is painted stucco, featuring a recessed fascia that forms a parapet topped with brick coping. The roof is tiled. There are three windows, with a single-window extension, and the windows are fitted with 19th-century casements. Four 19th-century doorways are also present. The building forms a group with The Castle public house and numbers 54 to 60 (even) and 64 on the High Street.
