Description

This is a circa 1840 building, likely a house. It is two storeys high and has a weatherboarded exterior. The roof is slate, with a low pitch and a hipped form. There are two windows within slightly recessed bays. These windows are double-hung casements with three panes per light, each pane featuring bevelled corners. Thin blocks of wood serve as sills. A modern door is centrally positioned. A glazed roof verandah, with fretwork eaves, extends from the front, and a "rustic" plank fence, alternating open and solid planks, is positioned nearby. A conservatory is attached to the southwest end of the building, and an enclosed trellised section is present at the northeast end.
