Description
Ludgore's House is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 15th to 16th centuries, which was subsequently re-fronted in the 18th century using brick and given a parapet, now colourwashed. The house is two storeys high with attics and has a three-window range, although the central windows have been blocked. The windows are 3-light double-hung sashes with glazing bars and segmental heads. Raised brick bands are visible at parapet level and between the floors. The doorway features panelled pilasters and a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. The roof is tiled, with two gabled dormer windows and a central cruciform chimney stack set diagonally.
